Withdrawal of Manuscript

Although this journal operates under a free charge (no APC) policy, the author is not allowed to withdraw submitted manuscripts. Withdrawal wastes valuable resources, including the time and effort of editors and referees who have worked diligently to process the manuscript, as well as administrative efforts invested by the publisher.

If the author still insists on withdrawing a manuscript during the peer review process, a withdrawal penalty of IDR 250,000 per manuscript will be charged.
If the manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author must pay a full withdrawal penalty of IDR 500,000 per manuscript.

Withdrawal will only be processed after the author has fully paid the required penalty. It is considered unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript due to acceptance by another journal.

If the author refuses to pay the penalty, the author and their affiliated institution will be blacklisted from submitting to this journal for 5 years.
