Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of members of the Community Development Directorate (Ditbinmas) of the Yogyakarta Regional Police. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research sample consisted of 82 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error through a probability sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that training had no significant effect on members' performance (t = 1.818; Sig. = 0.073), while work motivation (thitung = 3.506; Sig. = 0.001) and work discipline (thitung = 4.706; Sig. = 0.000) had a significant effect on members' performance. Simultaneously, training, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant effect on members' performance (Fhitung= 57.765; Sig. = 0.000). The coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square) indicated that the three independent variables explained 67.8% of the variation in members' performance, while the remaining 32.2% was explained by other variables not included in this study.
