The Community Service Program in Pematang Gubernur Village was implemented for two weeks, focusing on optimizing mutual cooperation to maintain environmental cleanliness. Problems encountered included the community's limited ability to utilize organic and inorganic waste, a lack of understanding of environmental hygiene, low literacy among children and adolescents, limited ongoing training activities on waste management, and community developments that hampered the implementation of mutual cooperation. The method used is the revitalization of mutual cooperation with a flexible schedule system, training in sorting and utilizing waste, environmental cleanliness campaigns, literacy programs for children and adolescents, and the formation of environmental care groups. The results of the activities show the implementation of 6 mutual cooperation activities with an average participation of 82 residents, waste management training supported by the community, resulting in the formation of 5 waste processing groups, an increase in understanding of environmental sustainability by 78 percent, a literacy program that reaches 95 children and adolescents, and the formation of Environmental Volunteers. This program has succeeded in increasing public awareness and participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness through strengthening the value of mutual cooperation.
