The Influence Of Work Discipline, Work Environment, And Work Facilities On Employee Performance At The North Sumatra Province Manpower Office

This study aims to examine and clarify the influence of work discipline, the work environment, and work facilities on employee performance at the North Sumatra Province Manpower Office. A quantitative method was employed, involving 47 respondents. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis processed with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that the work discipline variable yielded a t-count of 3.945 (greater than the t-table value of 2.00) with a significance level of 0.000 (less than 0.05); thus, hypothesis H1 was accepted and H0 rejected, meaning work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Testing for the work environment variable showed a t-count of 3.499 (greater than the t-table value of 2.00) with a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05); thus, hypothesis H2 was accepted and H0 rejected, meaning the work environment has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Testing for the work facilities variable showed a t-count of 5.844 (greater than the t-table value of 2.00) with a significance level of 0.000 (less than 0.05); thus, hypothesis H3 was accepted and H0 rejected, meaning work facilities have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Finally, hypothesis H4 was accepted and H0 rejected, leading to the conclusion that work discipline, the work environment, and work facilities have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the North Sumatra Province Manpower Office
