Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at the Kopi Mandja Medan City branch. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results indicate that the calculated t-value of 4.833 exceeds the t-table value of 1.663 (significance 0.000), demonstrating that work motivation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee productivity. Similarly, the calculated t-value of 3.901 exceeds the t-table value of 1.663 (significance 0.000), meaning that work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on employee productivity. The F-test results show that the calculated F-value exceeds the F-table value of 2.81, indicating that work motivation and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee productivity. The R-square value is 0.612, implying that 61.2% of employee productivity is influenced by work motivation and work discipline..
