Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of community service aimed at providing solutions to social problems in the surrounding environment. One of the problems identified is the low level of Islamic values development in children, characterized by limited ability to read the Quran, basic understanding of Islamic teachings, and religious behavior in daily life. This community service activity aims to implement Quranic recitation learning as an effort to develop Islamic values in children in the community. The method used is a participatory-educational approach through preparation stages, regular implementation of Quranic recitation learning, evaluation, mentoring, and reporting. Quranic recitation learning is carried out using classical and individual methods tailored to the child's abilities, and is accompanied by the instillation of Islamic values such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, and courtesy through habituation and role models. The results of the activity show an increase in children's ability to read the Quran and changes in behavior that reflect Islamic values in daily life. Thus, Quranic recitation learning has proven effective as a solution to strengthen the development of Islamic values in children and contributes positively to the development of non-formal religious education in the community.
