Submission and Payment Procedure

1 Manuscript Submission

Before completing the payment procedure, authors must submit their manuscript through the journal's official Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

The payment form provided by Publikasi Jurnal is used solely for administrative payment processing and does not replace the manuscript submission, peer-review, revision, or editorial decision processes conducted through OJS.

Authors must provide a valid OJS submission identification number when completing the payment form. When the OJS submission identification number is not yet available, the author must complete the OJS submission before the manuscript can be processed by the journal.

2 Regular Publication Payment

For regular publication, the Article Processing Charge of Rp500.000 is payable only after the manuscript has:

  1. completed the peer-review process;
  2. fulfilled the required revisions;
  3. been formally accepted for publication; and
  4. received an official acceptance notification or invoice from the journal.

Authors must not make a regular publication payment before an official acceptance decision has been recorded through OJS.

3 Fast-Track Editorial Processing Payment

For fast-track editorial processing, the total charge is Rp750.000. This amount constitutes the total publication charge for an article processed through the fast-track service and is not an additional charge to the regular Article Processing Charge.

A fast-track payment may only be made after:

  1. the manuscript has been submitted through OJS;
  2. the manuscript has passed the initial technical and scope screening;
  3. the author has submitted a fast-track request; and
  4. the request has been approved by the editor or journal management.

Fast-track processing provides priority administrative and editorial coordination but does not guarantee manuscript acceptance, a favorable review recommendation, publication in a particular issue, or completion within an absolute period.

4 Official Payment Form

After receiving an official payment notification, authors must complete the payment administration through the following official form:

Through the payment form, authors must:

  1. select the appropriate journal;
  2. select Regular or Fast-Track publication;
  3. enter an active WhatsApp number and correspondence email address;
  4. enter the authors' names in the correct order;
  5. enter the OJS submission identification number;
  6. enter the complete article title;
  7. verify the applicable payment amount;
  8. complete the payment through the officially designated method;
  9. upload valid proof of payment; and
  10. submit the payment confirmation form.

Proof of payment must be uploaded in the format and file size specified in the payment form. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information entered in the payment form corresponds to the manuscript metadata recorded in OJS.

5 Payment Tutorial

Authors are advised to review the tutorial before completing the payment form. When technical difficulties occur, authors may contact the journal through the official contact information displayed on the journal website.

6 Payment Verification

The journal management will verify:

  • the author's identity;
  • the journal selected in the payment form;
  • the article title;
  • the OJS submission identification number;
  • the selected publication service;
  • the amount paid; and
  • the validity of the proof of payment.

Payment confirmation will be communicated through OJS, the author's registered correspondence email address, or another official institutional communication channel.

A payment will not be considered valid when the payment information, article information, or proof of payment cannot be verified.

7 Editorial Independence

Payment of the regular Article Processing Charge or fast-track processing charge does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decision.

Reviewers will not be informed of the author's payment status or selected publication service. All manuscripts will be evaluated according to the same standards of originality, academic quality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's focus and scope.

The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript remains the independent responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief or assigned editor, based on the results of editorial evaluation and peer review.

8 Payment Security

Authors must make payments only through the payment methods officially displayed in the payment form or stated in an official invoice.

Authors should not transfer funds to personal accounts, unofficial payment channels, or parties that cannot be verified as representatives of the journal or publisher.

The journal is not responsible for payments made through unofficial channels or based on unauthorized instructions.
