This study examines the implementation of a work program aimed at strengthening community participation in neighborhood association (RT) 28, neighborhood association (RW) 02, Betungan Village. The program included the construction of reading corner shelves, group exercise, community service, trash can construction, and the installation of warning signs. The aim was to examine the program's implementation process and its impact on environmental improvement and community awareness. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that all work programs successfully improved literacy, public health, environmental cleanliness, and community involvement in social activities. Furthermore, the program also fostered community awareness of the importance of environmental protection. The conclusion is that the work program effectively involved community participation in changing behavior and improving environmental quality at the neighborhood association (RT) level.
