ConfidentialitySubmitted manuscripts, reviewer identities, reports, and editorial correspondence are handled as confidential records.
Board reviewMembership, affiliations, expertise, consent to serve, and disciplinary and geographic representation should be reviewed periodically.
Editor submissionsA manuscript authored by an editor must be assigned to an independent editor who has no conflict of interest with the authors.
