The editorial policy of the Journal of Accounting and Management (JAM) is mainly based on the “Code of Conduct and Best-Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors” published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Journal of Accounting and Management (JAM) adheres also to the “Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing” jointly published by COPE, the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association and the World Association of Medical Editors.
Journal of Accounting and Management (JAM) publishes only original scholarly works. All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Accounting and Management (JAM) are rigorously evaluated via a double-blind peer-review process. The manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission.

Submitted manuscripts will generally be reviewed by two to three experts who will be asked to evaluate whether the manuscript is scientifically sound and coherent, whether it duplicates the already published works, and whether or not the manuscript is sufficiently clear for publication. The method is a double-blind review

Reviewers are asked to evaluate whether the manuscript:
Decision
Reviewers advise the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article. The Editors will reach a decision based on these reports and, where necessary, they will consult with members of the Editorial Board. Editor’s decision is final.
