Accepted Article Types and Approaches

  • Original research articles presenting empirical findings and a clear theoretical or practical contribution.
  • Scholarly review articles using a transparent and rigorous review method.
  • Conceptual articles that develop a substantive framework, proposition, or theoretical synthesis.
  • Quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, case-study, experimental, and interdisciplinary approaches are welcome when appropriate to the research question.

Out-of-Scope Submissions

The journal does not normally consider manuscripts that lack a clear management contribution; purely descriptive institutional reports; promotional or commercial content; teaching materials without scholarly analysis; manuscripts outside the stated scope; or work that does not satisfy the journal's originality, ethics, methodological, and reporting requirements.
