Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript is original, has not been published, and is not under consideration by another journal; all authors approve this submission.
• The topic fits the Focus and Scope of Jurnal Pusat Manajemen.
• The main manuscript is an editable Microsoft Word DOCX file prepared with the official PUSMAN template; PDF, RTF, and OpenOffice files are not accepted as the primary manuscript.
• The manuscript is normally 8–14 pages, including references, tables, and figures, and follows the page size, margins, fonts, spacing, and heading styles in the template.
• The abstract is 150–250 words in one paragraph and is followed by 3–6 keywords.
• For double-anonymized review, author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and other identifying information are removed from the review manuscript and supplied separately in the OJS metadata or title page.
• The manuscript contains the required sections and declarations for authorship, funding, conflicts of interest, ethics and consent where applicable, data availability, and substantive AI use.
• Tables and figures are numbered, cited in the text, placed near first mention, and supplied with titles, notes, sources, and permissions where required.
• Citations and references follow APA Style, 7th edition; every in-text citation appears in the reference list and DOI links or stable URLs are supplied where available.
• The metadata entered in OJS—title, abstract, keywords, author order, affiliations, email, and ORCID—matches the submitted files.
