Jurnal Pusat Manajemen (PUSMAN) uses personal information only for legitimate journal administration, scholarly communication, publication, integrity, security, and legal obligations. Names and email addresses entered on this site are not sold or made available for unrelated marketing.

Information collected

The journal may collect names, affiliations, contact details, ORCID identifiers, account credentials, author and reviewer roles, manuscript files, declarations, correspondence, review activity, editorial decisions, payment references, IP addresses, browser logs, and cookies necessary for OJS operation and security.

Purposes

  • Manage accounts, submissions, peer review, editing, production, publication, DOI and metadata registration, preservation, and indexing.
  • Communicate with authors, reviewers, editors, readers, and the publisher about journal activities they initiated or agreed to perform.
  • Protect confidentiality, prevent abuse, investigate integrity concerns, maintain records, and comply with lawful requirements.
  • Publish author names, affiliations, ORCID, correspondence details when selected for publication, and required disclosures as part of the scholarly record.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorized editors, reviewers, staff, publishers, and contracted service providers according to role and necessity. Information may be shared with DOI, metadata, preservation, indexing, ethics, institutional, or legal bodies when necessary and lawful. Reviewers receive only the information required for double-anonymized review.

Retention and security

Account and workflow records are retained for operational, integrity, archival, and legal needs. Published metadata forms part of the permanent scholarly record. The journal applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected breaches are assessed and affected parties are notified when required.

Individual choices and requests

Users may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of non-published personal data through the journal contact channel, subject to identity verification and overriding archival, integrity, contractual, or legal obligations. Account deletion does not erase the legitimate publication record.

Research-participant data belongs under Ethical Oversight and Research Data and Data Availability; this statement governs information processed by the journal platform and editorial office.
